Or, after getting off at Rimini, take bus number 4 from outside the station (direction Bellaria-San Mauro Mare) and get off at Igea Marina.

Is parking available at the hotel?
Yes, the hotel has two car parks within its perimeter. If both are complete, the hotel has additional parking spaces reserved for its customers in a private area located 1.4 km from the property.

Is the parking space reserved?
The hotel has parking spaces (at the property itself or at the private parking nearby) reserved for all its guests, whose allocation is linked to the availability of the moment. Therefore every customer has the right to their own parking space but its assignment is random and does not provide confidentiality formulas.

Is parking available for a fee?
No, parking is free for all our guests.


What are the restaurant hours?
The breakfast is served from 7.30 to 9.30.
The lunch and dinner service is served respectively: from 12.30-13.00 and from 19.30-20.00.

How does the service work, should we serve ourselves?
As breakfast we offer a rich sweet and savory buffet where you can choose from cakes, croissants, cold cuts and cheeses, eggs, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals and many other goodies. All drinks are dispensed from our breakfast machines.
Lunch and dinner are served at the table according to your choices expressed the night before. Appetizers, salads, side dishes and vegetables are buffet style.
Every day you will be delighted with dishes based on meat or fish, specialties of our territory and to finish dessert, ice cream and fruit of your choice. Natural and mineral water included in every formula, wine and soft drinks included in the All-Inclusive formula.

And for young children?
Menu for new mothers (vegetable broths and carrots, potatoes and fresh zucchini and baby food), with possibility of consumption already half an hour before the start of the service, hot milk even in the evening (until closing hotel), high chairs, small glasses and placemats.


Is the beach in front of the hotel private?
The beach is not our property, by booking the package that also includes the beach service you will have also included a beach umbrella and sun loungers at the beach in front of the hotel.

Can I choose a place at the beach?
Not being our property this is not possible, but you can agree upon your arrival directly with the lifeguard.


Is there WI-FI in the Hotel?
The entire structure is covered by free Wi-Fi, to connect simply log in to our network via Facebook account or Google account or by providing your email address.
Superior rooms are equipped with an internet connection via ethernet cable.

General informations

How can I confirm the reservation? (TEMPORARY REGULATION MODIFIED CASE COVID19)
You must pay a deposit of € 200.00 by bank transfer or postal order within ten days of your booking.
In case of impossibility to stay the deposit is not lost, will be retained for another period until the following year.

Are penalties applied in case of early departure?
Since early departure constitutes a breach of the contract between hotel and client, the hotel will request a sum of money as compensation: the sum will be up to a maximum of 3 nights the price of the room in bed and breakfast treatment .

Is the city tax applied?
No, the tourist tax does not pay in Bellaria Igea Marina!

When can I arrive at the Hotel?
The time of arrival at the hotel is scheduled from 11.00. If there were any particular time of arrival, we advise you to let us know so that we can better organize it.

When should I leave the room?
The room on the day of departure will be available until 10 am. If the guest wishes to use the room until the afternoon he can ask for it at the reception and in case of availability a supplement will be applied.

How do I turn on night at the Hotel?
Guests wishing to return to the hotel after midnight are kindly requested to request a code for night access in advance from reception

What are the payment methods?
The accepted methods of payment are: debit card, credit card, check and cash. In addition, guests are invited to make the final balance at least one day before departure to avoid long waits.

Is it possible to bring pets to the Hotel?
Yes, your pets are welcome in our structure as long as they are polite and do not disturb other guests. They stay in the room with their owners, who are responsible for them and only at the restaurant their entry is not allowed. A fee of 4 euros per day is required for additional cleaning.
